JUSTIN PRESNAL has represented individuals, family-owned businesses, and some of the world's largest corporations in a wide variety of litigation matters in trial and appellate courts. He has handled cases involving wrongful death, serious personal injuries, defective products, construction accidents, Jones Act and other maritime death and injury claims, as well as business disputes including breach of contract, tortious interference with contract, and other business torts. Many of these cases have involved complex jurisdictional and procedural issues.

Justin has also consulted extensively on trial strategy, assisting with the formulation and development of trial presentation and demonstrative evidence strategies in litigation.
